GET /api/v1/teams — List Your Teams

Returns all teams accessible to the authenticated user. Use team ID values as team_id when creating campaigns, querying contacts, and listing post schedulers.

Many ReachOwl endpoints require a team_id. Use this endpoint to list the teams you belong to and read their IDs for use in subsequent requests. The response is an array of team objects, each containing an id and name.
