PATCH/PUT/DELETE /api/v1/profile-growth/{id} — Update Profile Growth

Update status, schedule, timezone, or any field on a profile growth task. Status is a string: running, paused, draft, or completed.

Update an existing profile growth task by ID. You can change its status, schedule, timezone, or any other field. Use DELETE to remove the task permanently.

Status values are strings for profile growth: "running", "paused", "draft", or "completed". This differs from campaigns and post schedulers, which use numeric status (0 or 1).

Update schedule and timezone
